My buddy over at Trees and Flowers and Birds awarded me with a
***Choose 5 bloggers that you feel are “Kick Ass Bloggers”
***Let ‘em know in your post or via email, twitter or blog comments that they’ve received an award
***Share the love and link back to both the person who awarded you and back to Mamma Dawg
***Hop on back to the Kick Ass Blogger Club HQ to sign Mr. Linky then pass it on!
So now my challenge is to award this to 5 other bloggers (and I’m presuming I shouldn’t award them to people who I know have already received this) and do all that linking stuff.
No wonder my parents warned me about her.
Anyway — thanks CLN for granting me this (so can I get the “it’s all about me” PJs??)
Drumroll please — I present the Kick Ass Blog Award to ……….
Doc Thelma — I love her views, especially with regards to religion and science, and I wish she’d make her blog public (hint hint).
Mostly-Mommy — she’s got an acerbic wit about her. Often, when I read her blog I find myself heaving a deep and contented sigh — that MY KIDS ARE OLDER. I love watching baby and (now) toddlerhood — from a distance (which is the best place to watch toddlerhood in my opinion.) And, well, anyone that posts a video like this on youtube can’t be all bad.
Mimi at The Family Blender. After all, she’s a superior 1930s housewife. Even so, she’s got a smart mouth and it shows through her writing.
Musings from New England over on Ragtop Day. She’s a single mom of two adorable girls adopted from China. And I think even CLN would have to admit that with a title like that — the blog has got to be worth checking out.
WilsonGoneWild is sometimes entertaining and sometimes informative. Other than the augustmoms he’s probably the person I trackback to most often. Education, high tech gadgetry, and chess — what could be better. (And he’s a nice guy and his momma done raised him right).
NOTE — there are other blogs I read and love — but I’m trying to limit the augustmoms blogs that I give this award to — so that Alto2, Squib, Doc Thelma, and others have someone left to give the award to.
